Group Fitness & Personal Trainer

I’m a group fitness instructor and NASM-certified personal trainer based in Sasebo, Japan. Over the past year, I’ve been teaching group fitness classes and recently began my journey into personal training after falling in love with the fitness world.​

What I love most about this career is helping people fall in love with fitness again and building a supportive community of individuals working to better themselves.​

My classes focus on having fun, staying active, and embracing fitness without the pressure of perfection or unrealistic expectations. When you come to my class, you’re here to enjoy yourself, move your body, and leave feeling amazing—physically and mentally.
